   1. Processing your training registration / your contact
      1. We collect, save and process your data throughout the entire settlement of your training registration. We save your data on a server in Switzerland.
      2. We require the following data from you for your training registration:First name and last name, company name, position, address, telephone, e-mail, invoice address, contact person.We or the respective independent company of the gustavkaeser Group require the e-mail address you use when booking the training in order to enable us or the respective independent company of the gustavkaeser Group to send you the registration confirmation and to communicate with you. In addition, the booking confirmation is sent to you by e-mail.
      3. All personal data that is recorded under the gustavkaeser Website may be merged with data relating to the same person that you have made available to gustavkaeser in another context or during a training.
   2. Transfer to third parties
      1. In order to process your training registration, to conduct the training and to settle the payment for the training, your forwarded personal data will be transferred directly to the respective independent company of the gustavkaeser Group abroad, including in countries that do not ensure data protection that is comparable to that in Switzerland.
      2. gustavkaeser also uses your data in Switzerland and abroad to conduct technical, logistical or other services on our behalf.    1. gustavkaeser applies reasonable technical and organisational security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of the information and personal data provided by the user. The user is aware, however, that uncertainties may potentially exist in conjunction with transmission over the internet.
5. Rights of the user
   1. The user may at any time demand that gustavkaeser forwards a copy of the personal data relating to him, or informs him about its use.
