Who we are…

Mr Gustav Käser founded the company in 1963. While adapting to the fast-changing needs of an increasingly complex business environment, the root system invented by Gustav Käser remains the guiding philosophy of the gustavkäser group and companions to this very day. The group serves its global range of clients from offices located in or near to the main business centres of Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Cooperating worldwide with people in their local markets, gustavkäser also has a proven ability to design and deliver international transition & change programmes for companies operating worldwide. For this purpose, a specialised team of senior training consultants and support staff operates from each of our offices.

The method: consultancy-based partnering

TheWay

As business generalists and experts in our field, we act as sparring partners to executives and HR specialists. This enabled us to become a leader in our field by focussing on our core competence of consultancy-based training and change facilitation. Merging the role of entrepreneur and trainer – embedded in our internal gustavkäser Academy twice a year - has contributed to our vitality and consistency in delivery that is rare in our market.

With our vision Inspiring people to activate their full potential we contribute to the composition of competition and cooperation as well as individual excellence and mutual performance.

Our contribution: professionalisation of behaviour and communication – our own and that of our clients – in the widely defined areas of leadership & management, sales performance as well as corporate culture and change
