The Swiss training company was founded by Gustav Käser, Dipl. Ing. ETH, in Zurich in 1963. Today, represented worldwide in 28 countries and 21 languages with about 100 full-time training leaders.

The human and subject-related qualifications of each training leader are given priority. All the training leaders are successful practitioners from management and sales who develop themselves by at least 30 days of further personal training each year, in order at any time, as specialists in behavioural training, to be able to meet the constantly increasing requirements.
