恺撒国际培训机构于1963年在瑞士的苏黎世由专业顾问人士Gustav Käser, Dipl. Ing. ETH创建。如今已拥有一百多位培训师，在二十七个国家，用二十一种语言来进行培训。

恺撒国际培训机构对其培训师的素质和经验有严格的要求。所有培训师都是来自管理或销售领域的成功人士。每个培训师每年都被要求赴欧洲参加不少于三十天的对培训师的继续培训，以保证其作为行为培训的专家，足以应对当今商业社会提出的新的挑战。
