I

We agree to conduct the training in accordance with the objectives agreed upon with our customer.

II

We agree to train the participants individually and in accordance with their realistic potential.

III

We agree to use a training approach which is practical, developing and motivating for all participants.

IV

We agree to respect absolutely the confidence of both our participants and our customer.

V

We agree to notify the customer in good time of any circumstance which may put the success of a training course in question, while continuing to observe the pledge of confidentiality in clause iv of this contract.

VI

We agree, once a firm timetable has been agreed upon, to adhere to it strictly - for example, if the Trainer is ill, we will endeavour to supply a competent replacement.

VII

The customer agrees to give us not less than 28 days notice before the first Training Day of the withdrawal of a participant registered in an External Training. The full fee will be charged for cancellations at less than 28 days notice. Substitutions are acceptable.

VIII

No claim for refund or replacement arises from unattended Training Days.

IX

The customer agrees not to employ full-time, part-time or on a contract basis any GUSTAV KÄSER Trainer who is in our employ at the time the Training takes place, for a period of two years after the last Training Day, unless our written agreement has first been obtained.

X

All Training materials are copyrighted and as such, any reproduction without our written consent is prohibited.

XI

Changes or additions to the contract will become effective only after confirmation in writing by us.

XII

We agree that the postponement of whole Trainings or individual Training Days will not void the contract.

We reserve the right to postpone timetables for External Trainings and will notify the customer in writing
